Modern Bride Santorini | See also this brides’ elopement and couple photos. That moment when everything is pure gold and the light works magic for a few minutes. Although it rained on their day we managed to get some pretty unique lighting, which i am very happy about. Meeting these two in Oia Santorini was the perfect choice. We drove around a bit to explore some scenic spots. Places i love to go to when shooting, since most of them are not crowded with people. The island can be pretty packed, especially in summer. And it is always good to avoid the touristy crowds.
Wedding flower girls are such a highlight at weddings. They are adorably cute and every bride looks just a little more adorable with these little fairies in tow. Kids are being kids also at weddings and their cheekiness and wild nature is so cute and something i love photographing at weddings. They make you laugh a little harder and totally rock some scenes. I took these moments with flower girls and kids at various destination weddings around Europe & Asia. Don’t you think they are so cute at any age?
Santorini’s light leaves me speechless all the time. Each sunset is breathtaking. And each changing of the light is beautiful to observe. Endless ocean views. Touched timelessness. Stillness of hearts. Moments that are burned in your memory. Kirsty and Andrew’s elegant wedding had so many moments of magic. Of amazing light and love. Both inwards and outwards. Having the last rays of light kissing Kirsty’s dress felt like the perfect end of their day. Vows exchanged and treasured on this greek island. The couple came from the UK to this Santorini with their friends and family to celebrate their intimate destination wedding on the terrace of GRACE hotel. Decoration and planning was brought to perfection by Stella and Moscha.

Even the vast desert seems to be the right place for these two lovers. It was sunrise in the Marrakech desert, the day after their wedding. They stood only surrounded by an ocean of sand. Under the stars with an infinite horizon to look at. A destination where both were sharing their vows with each other, their guests and the elements. This is the place we also took their portraits. This is the place that forever will be cherished in their memories, where time stood still and started again.
Gabriella and Danny – it was a pure delight spending precious days with you, capturing your wedding weekend, the portraits and all the beloved moments that were happening in between. I feel very grateful and honored to have captured this precious celebration.
30 kilometers from Marrakech, in the anciently named the “Désert Marrakchi”, La Pause: nestles in the arid beauty of the Agafay hills. An exquisite refreshing oasis bordered by a river, in a dramatic landscape overlooking the vast Moroccan wilderness.
I was always attracted by the beautiful scenery of Santorini, especially the sunsets.
One of our friends introduced Lung to me when I was 18. He asked me for a day out on Valentines day. 1 week later he asked meif I could be his girlfriend and I said yes. We have been gone through many ups and downs these 8years. Finally he proposed to me on my 26 birthday. I remembered on that day when I woke up in the morning, opened my eyes, he was so charming in a beautiful suits, singing and playing guitar asking me to marry him. Just two of us , it was verysimple yet sweet. We had been engaged for 1 and a half year before our wedding day.’
About working with Chris.
Chris is just so amazing, talented and reliable! She is totally capable of capture the true natural beauty. The pictures keep reminding me of the happiness in Santorini. I think I am such a lucky girl to meet Chris. It took me some time to google on the internet to find my pre-wedding photographer. Then I was attracted by Chris’s pictures. I love her artistic vision and style which is hard to find among many others. During the shooting, Chris didn’t ask us to give lots of posing, she just asked us to talk and laugh instead. I really appreciate that. Chris really completed my dreams.’ Kammy
This destination wedding had all the Santorini magic. Love and joy. Amazing people. Breathtaking views of the caldera and the endless sea. Laughter and happiness. Whites and blues in all shades. A free spirited ceremony and a tea ceremony afterwards. Rocabella Hotel really is one of the most beautiful venues in Santorini, beautifully designed with open grounds to have plenty of room to work with. It has also gorgeous scenery close by to walk around for portraits. And did i mention the sunset!
Melissa & Dung you were beautiful and so caring for each other and everyone. Especially loved that you brought all the paper parasols to help your guests with the sun all the way from UK. I am forever grateful to have captured your breathtaking wedding weekend. On a different note i really fell in love with the venue. So if you are a bride, planning your wedding there, you would make me really happy.
See also the day after sunset session for their complete story. This additional photoshoot was incredible worth it and also adventurous since we hiked some rocky areas. At the same time a great and relaxed way to explore more of the island and take some images along the way. These two are amazing.
Mallorca couple portraits | Images taken in Deia close to where the couple stayed in Hotel Jumeirah Port Soller. See also this session photographed in the hotel. They live in Canada and married in Korea, so they chose Mallorca for taking their pre-wedding photos and to meet with me. They spent three nights pre-honeymoon on the island and were exploring the area with me, which was great fun! It was their first time on Mallorca and they totally love the experience. We first met in the hotel and then drove along the cost a bot.
Amelia & Wooin you were absolutly amazing and i am grateful to have taken your pre-wedding photos.
Ny and Dean had their intimate wedding in Andronis Suites Santorini. Santorini’s light is legendary. And this venue is so scenic, it takes your breath away. When a wedding is also emotional and heartfelt, the combination is pretty hard to beat. Set on a private terrace overlooking the caldera, both their ceremony and the dinner reception came with a stunning view and lot’s of wow moments. Coming all the way from Australia, they decided to have a destination wedding on Santorini, to add some magic for everyone and celebrate in a place that fit their love for traveling. World travelers at heart, they were globetrotting around the world for a year before getting married in Santorini. And what a celebration it was. Santorini is also know for its windy moments and having a bride who is mastering windswept veil situations with bigh laughs is totally adorable.
The sunset before we took some relaxed couple portraits around Oia. I love taking time apart the wedding to do some relaxed portraits with my couples. If you are celebrating your destination weekend, the sunset before or sunrise after your wedding is perfect for this.
Nyree and Dean, i feel incredibly thankful that you let me capture your heartfelt wedding celebration. I have cried some happy tears behind the camera too! Wishing you all the best of happiness filled with love.
